Capital Access Project has received a PRI for $100,000 from the Louisana Disaster Recovery Foundation to fund the Access Bonding Program pilot program. In addition, LDRF is providing CAP a grant for $25,000 to provide the management and technical assistance through the Access Bonding Program.

Capital Access Project is proud to announce our new program- the Access Bonding Program. The Access Bonding Program was created to increase the surety bonding capacity of small, disadavantaged, minorty- and women-owned construction.
